It definitely wasn't a date; that first time Shane and Marisa met for dinner at a pub in Woburn, MA. Shane had just enlisted in the U.S. Navy and Marisa was about to jet off to spend a month in Europe; dating couldn't have been further from either of their minds. Though they'd been acquainted for years and their paths had crossed many times before, it wasn't until they were both about to embark on two very separate adventures that their paths started to converge. Fast forward almost six years, hundreds of plane rides, and many shared escapades later, Shane and Marisa are so happy to celebrate the beginning of their next chapter together as they start their life in Virginia.
